💳 Payment Policy
We keep it simple:

50% is charged at the time of booking

The remaining 50% is charged automatically 3 days before check-in
Your card will show a charge from StayAwhile LLC.
🔄 Why You Might See a “Duplicate” Charge
Some banks temporarily show a second “pending” charge for the same amount — this is called a pre-authorization. It’s just your bank confirming the card works. It drops off within a few days, and you won’t be charged twice.
If you ever feel unsure, just message us and we’ll double-check it for you.
❌ Cancellation Policy

Cancel within 14 days of booking and 14+ days before check-in = Full refund

Cancel at least 10 days before check-in = 75% refund

Cancel at least 3 days before check-in = 50% refund

Cancel within 3 days of check-in = No refund
